NEO's vision is the liberation of culture through music with the goal to build an integrated society whose citizens have access to art and, as result, an improved social model.

Our mission is to transfer this vision through education, and it is for this reason we created the NEO ACADEMY, a space where young musicians can study with the best teachers and performers in the world.

We offer training based on excellence where future professional musicians can gain all the necessary resources and strategies in order to succesfully manage their professional opportunities in what is, an increasingly competitive profession.

We guarantee a comprehensive, in-depth and high-quality training based on employability. Young musicians are able to form a part of each of the different levels of NEO.

NEO has carefully designed a teaching itinerary endorsed not only by the experience of its creators but also by the best national and international pedagogues, teachers and interpreters.

The NEO Academy will be based in Altea-Alicante and will take place in various meetings throughout the year. There are three different teaching sections:

NEO EXCELLENCE.A high-performance model aimed at musicians who are nearing the end of their higher education courses, graduates or professionals who wish to continue refining their talent.

NEO JUNIOAimed at students of professional music education and musicians who are still developing their skills.

NEO has established a collaboration agreement with FLORIDA UNIVERSITÀRIA DE VALÈNCIAThe students of the NEO ACADEMY will receive an academic certification with the same value as a university degree.

With this foundation, NEO has established the creation of a musical university project.

new experience orchestra

NEO NEO is more than an orchestra. It is much more than an orchestra with different associated instrumental groups. It is even more than the top-level international soloists and directors who will be part of it.

NEO Academy works on training in the excellence of the musicians of the future is our first objective, creating spaces where the student body is the protagonist and the quality of teaching is the priority.

NEO Academy will be based in Altea (Alicante-Spain) through four annual meetings. In addition, we have the collaboration of Florida Universitària de València with whom we have established a collaboration agreement for the university certification of the training of our students.
